Accessible Seating Notice

Seating is available to patrons with accessibility needs.  To purchase accessible seating, please contact the Box Office by phone or email.  Accessible seating is not currently available for purchase online.At Foy Concert Hal (Instrumental and Vocal Music Performances) -- Most of the seating is this venue can only be accessed by using stairs.  Please contacrt the Box Office if you require seating accessible without using stairs.

Salisbury High School Auditorium (Dance Performances & Show Stoppers) -- All seating is on one level and can be accessed without using steps.  Please contact the Box Office to purchase wheelchair-accessible seating.

  • Spring Music Festival - Instrumental & Vocal Music
    Date: Saturday, May 5, 2018

    Location: Foy Concert Hall at Moravian College, 99 W Church St., Bethlehem, PA

     

    PLEASE NOTE:  There are two different AACMS performances in the samue venue on Saturday, May 5!  Please check to be sure you are purchasing tickets to the correct performance.  If you purchase tickets to the wrong performance by mistake, please contact the Box Office to assistance as soon as possible.

     

     

    Instrumental Music Performance

    Time: 1:00pm

    Performance duration: About 90 minutes with no intermission


    The AACMS Instrumental Music Department will present its Spring Concert, featuring students in grades five through eight.  The performance includes our Guitar Ensembles and the AACMS Instrumental Music Ensemble.  Members of the fifth grade Band & Orchestra Workshops and Gr. 6-7 Secondary Instrumental Music classes will also perform.

    Vocal Music Performance

    Time: 4:00pm

    Performance duration: About 90 minutes with no intermission


    The Vocal Music Spring Concert will feature Primary and Secondary Vocal Music students in grades 6-7 as well as the Gr. 8 Vocal Ensemble.

    Ticket Information

     

    Admission Cost In Advance (per performance): $5.00 (Standard, ages 15+), $4.00 (Students 10-14), $3.00 (Youth 5-9)  When purchasing online, you will be able to choose your own seats in the venue.


    Admission Cost on May 5 (per performance):  $7.00 (all seats)  When purchasing tickets at the door, seating will be assigned by the Box Office.  You will not be able to choose your seats.  


    Please be advised all children under the age of 5 must have a ticket if they will sit in their own seat.

     

  • Spring Music Festival Ticket Package
    Purchase tickets to both performances on May 5 and save 20%!

    Package includes:

    • Spring Instrumental Music Concert
    • Spring Vocal Music Concert 


    Admission Cost in advance: $8.00 per attendee includes the 1pm Instrumental Music and 4pm Vocal Music performance.  Tickets will be held at Will Call and can be picked up beginning 30 minutes prior to each performance.

  • Visual Arts Showcase
    Date: Friday, May 18, 2018

    Time: 6:30-8:00pm

    Location: Arts Academy Charter Middle School, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., Allentown, PA


    The visual Arts Showcase will feature artwork in a variety of styles created by student artists in fifth through eighth grade.



    There is no admission cost for this event.  Tickets are not required. 

     

  • Figure Skating Showcase
    Date: Sunday May 20, 2018

    Time: 3:00pm

    Location: Steel Ice Center, 320 E 1st Street, Bethlehem, PA

    Performance duration: TBA



    The Figure Skating Showcase will feature student skaters in grades 6-8.  Audience members are advised to dress warmly and bring blankets to spread over the metal bleacher seating.

    Admission Cost In Advance: $7.00 (Standard, ages 15+), $6.00 (Students 10-14), $5.00 (Youth 5-9)

  • Show Stoppers! - A Song & Dance Revue
    Date: Saturday, June 2, 2018

    Location: Salisbury High School Auditorium, 500 E Montgomery St., Allentown, PA

    Our sixth-annual musical revue features students from nearly every arts discipline!

    Admission Cost In Advance: $8.00 per ticket.

    When purchasing online, you will be able to choose your own seats in the venue.


    Admission Cost at the Performance:  $10.00 per ticket.

    When purchasing tickets at the door, seating will be assigned by the Box Office.  You will not be able to choose your seats.

Box Office Policies

AACMS Ticket & Seating Policies for All Ticketed Performances

The following policies apply to all ticketed student performances unless otherwise specified.  By purchasing tickets online or in person, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Refunds:  Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.  If you must cancel your tickets, please contact the Box Office by phone at (610) 351-0234 ext. 630 or by email at boxoffice@arts-cs.org
  • Children: Children age 5 and older must have a ticket.  Children age 4 and younger must have a ticket if they will sit in their own seat.  Not all AACMS performances offer special pricing for children. 
  • Performances Begin Promptly:  Please arrive on time.  Ticket sales and seating end when the performance begins, and we cannot guarantee seating to latecomers.  Parking may not be available in the immediate vicinity of the performance venue.  Please plan ahead and arrive early.
  • Assigned Seating:  All seating in the performance venue is assigned.  No one will be admitted to the performance venue without a ticket, and all ticketholders are required to sit in their assigned seat during the performance. You may be asked to show your ticket at any time before or during the performance. 
  • Exchanges:  If you purchase tickets to the wrong performance, please contact the Box Office immediately.  We may be able to exchange your tickets for the correct performance.
  • Discounting and Incentives: Discount/coupon codes, student/youth pricing and other incentives are valid for online purchases only.  Discounts and other alternate pricing will not be honored on the day of the performance.
